Lokvishwas Pratishthan is a reputed voluntary organization that has been serving society for over four decades. Rooted in its vision of inclusivity and empowerment, the institution has worked extensively for the welfare and rehabilitation of *children with special needs (Divyang)*. Over the years, its initiatives have crossed boundaries within Goa and beyond, earning recognition for its dedication to holistic development, education, and dignity for the differently-abled community.
The Quepem/Shirvoi Project
In alignment with its mission, Lokvishwas Pratishthan has undertaken a landmark initiative — the establishment of a Special School and Residential Shelter for Divyang children at Quepem/Shirvoi, Goa.

A plot measuring *2,000.00 sq. mt.* was purchased at Quepem/Shirvoi for this purpose.

- Recognizing the diverse types of physical and cognitive disabilities, the entire campus has been designed as a barrier-free environment.
- An elevator facility has been incorporated to ensure easy accessibility to all floors
