Lokvishwas Pratishthan is a reputed voluntary organization that has been serving society for over four decades. Rooted in its vision of inclusivity and empowerment, the institution has worked extensively for the welfare and rehabilitation of *children with special needs (Divyang)*. Over the years, its initiatives have crossed boundaries within Goa and beyond, earning recognition for its dedication to holistic development, education, and dignity for the differently-abled community.
What We Do

— Special & Inclusive Education
We run dedicated schools for children with hearing impairment, visual impairment, and intellectual disabilities, providing tailored learning support and inclusive practices.

— Early Intervention & Assessment
Children below 3 years or those needing extra support receive early intervention. Our team—including special educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists—conducts assessments and crafts individualized plans.

— We Strengthen
As children mature, we offer vocational classes and life skills training to help them become self-reliant and confident in daily living.

— Residential & Hostel Facilities
For students from remote or distant areas, we provide on-campus residential facilities so they can stay close to their learning environment.

— Daycare Services
Our daycare center supports individuals, including adults, with special needs, offering care, engagement, and structured activities.

— Outreach via Branches
To ensure access across the state, Lokvishwas operates branches in remote and rural areas—such as Canacona, Quepem, Mollem, and more—so that children in interiors don’t have to travel far for education.

Lokvishwas Pratishthan is organising Geet Ramayan Mahanatya at Ravindra Bhavan Shakali from 10.00 am on 28th January 2024.Shows followed at symbiosis hall on 9th February and 11th February at yeshwant chawan hall khothrud Pune.
